Latest Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules

The amendment coming into force as from 1 October 2011, of practical significance to PI practitioners, is the amendment to Part 36.14 (1A); if the Claimant got the same as or beats the Defendant’s Part 36 offer, they are entitled to their costs. The rule now means what it says.
